Walk through the door and you’ll find yourself in our traditional bar, serving everything you’d want from a country pub – local ales, great wines and spirits. If you’re feeling a little more adventurous, wander through to our cocktail bar, well-stocked with premium spirits, where you’ll find our expert bartenders mixing up classic cocktails alongside our stunning signature drinks.

In our restaurant, we offer both traditional pub food and fine dining by renowned Argentine chef Martín Milesi and his team. While our menu includes excellent fish, poultry, game, and vegetarian options, it is no secret that Argentine cuisine is based largely around beef. Unlike most restaurants, which will often only serve prime cuts, we take delivery of the “whole cow”. Using traditional Argentine cooking methods, combined with modern techniques, Martín creates dishes that draw spectacular flavour from all the different cuts. This nose-to-tail philosophy enables us to serve beef alongside other locally sourced meat and produce in the most ethical and sustainable way possible.

Each week, Martín visits Hollands Farm, Oxfordshire, to hand-pick an animal for slaughter. We can tell you the exact pedigree, breed, age and weight of the cow you’re eating – which, as far as we can tell, is a first for a British restaurant.
